We ship uncustomized wigs within 5-7 business days.

Customized Wigs will ship in 1-2 weeks

CEO's Choice wigs IN STOCK will ship within 1-2 business days.

CEO's Choice wigs on PRE-ORDER will ship in 1-2 weeks

Bundles/Closures and Frontals will ship in 5-7 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping is FREE on orders over $300.

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Processing an order can take 3-5 business days depending on the volume of orders we receive.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order is processed for shipping.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are delivered on business days (Monday- Friday) but on rare occasions they can be delivered on weekends.

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address: street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO? 

We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for USPS is +1800-275-8777. If your shipment can't be found please contact us via email at nicoleluxuryhair@gmail.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the sensitivity of our products we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. We hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, you can contact us for more information. 

 

Each purchase is unique, please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies. If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
